IP65 ENCLOSURES

Available from 4 pole to 36 pole with blanking plates included for unused pole spaces.  These enclosures are fitted with a small handle for locking the door and can be retrofitted with a key lock assembly.

The NOARK range of DC Circuit Breakers and Fuses fit these enclosures.

DC CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Noark are a high quality range of DC circuit breakers 10A to 63A that are ideal for PV applications in both 500V and 1000V 2 pole configurations. The 1000Vdc (2x 500V) model is ideal for solar arrays up to 416Voc when designing a system to meet AS/NZS5033.

DC miniature circuit breakers are designed for direct current applications. Thanks to their polarity independency, they are suitable for photovoltaic aplications.

DC DISCONNECTS & ENCLOSURES





The MNDC175 Plus version of the popular MNDC adds another din rail allowing up to ten din rail mount breakers. Two din rail cover plates and two panel mount plates are included. The panel mount plates allow for mounting the 3/4" 125VDC breakers that range from 60 amps to 100 amps. You can also fit the MNDC-GFP80 plus four more panel mount breakers in the enclosure. Another configuration would be one MNDC-GFP, one 3/4" panel mount breaker and five din rail breakers as well as the large 125-250A inverter breaker. Mounting is provided for a 500 amp shunt and a MNTBB-R terminal bus bar. Battery negative stud is included as well as a ground busbar.

General use powder coated aluminium enclosure for 4 panel mount type 19mm breakers from 5 - 100 Amp.

Not recommended for use with cables larger than awg #4 (19mm).

MidNite Solar offers a range of PV Combiners to accommodate PV systems as small as a two string off grid cabin and up to 16 strings for a 100KW commercial grid tie inverter. The MNPV series of combiners are the result of 20 years of design and manufacturing experience in the renewable energy industry. Each unit has the same quality features such as:

  • Aluminium rainproof type 3R enclosure

  • Internal plastic injection molded dead front covers

  • Knock outs that accept waterproof strain reliefs, conduit or panel mount MC type connectors

  • Knock outs for lightning arrestors

  • Uses 150VDC & 300VDC breakers or 600VDC fuses depending on model number

  • Adaptable for two separate inverters or charge controllers on certain models

MNPV3 For 150 VDC charge controllers and 600 VDC gridtie inverters


Gray aluminium type 3R rainproof enclosure with insulating deadfront, will accept three 150VDC (MNEPV) breakers or two 600/1000 VDC fuse holders. Includes a 60 amp plus bus bar, 6 position PV negative bus bar and a 6 position ground bus bar. Punch out tabs on the plastic deadfront make for a clean installation using circuit breakers. An included snap in adapter makes for a professional looking installation when installing fuse holders. A single 300VDC breaker from 7 to 50 amps may be installed as a disconnect (no combining busbar) .


The enclosure may be mounted to a pole or wall indoors or out.

MNPV6 For 150 VDC charge controllers and 600 VDC gridtie inverters

Gray aluminium type 3R rainproof enclosure with insulating dead front, will accept six 150VDC breakers or four 600/1000VDC fuse holders. Includes 15 position PV negative bus bar, 14 position ground bus bar, 120 amp Plus bus bar for breakers and 80 amp bus bar for fuses. Punch out tabs on the plastic deadfront make for a clean installation using circuit breakers. An included snap in adapter makes for a professional looking installation when installing fuse holders. Up to three 300VDC breakers from 7 to 50 amps may be installed as a disconnect (no combining busbar) . The enclosure may be mounted to a pole or wall indoors or out. The plus bus bar may be split to support two grid tie inverters or two charge controllers. Gridtie inverters typically can have PV minuses common. Most charge controllers can have PV minuses common.

Gray aluminum type 3R rainproof enclosure with insulating dead front, will accept twelve 150VDC breakers or ten 600/1000VDC fuse holders. Includes 15 position PV negative bus bar, 15 position ground bus bar, and two 200 amp Plus bus bars for breakers or fuses. Plus busbars can be combined or separated to support 2 grid tie inverters or two charge controllers. Charge Controllers and Gridtie inverters can typically can have a common PV minus. The exception is the XW and BlueSky. Snap in adapters are included for use with fuse holders for a professional fit and finish.
